Can you avoid mistakes?

It sounds fatal, she makes the same mistake twice and that is so....???. What do you feel if you were the presenter? How are you going to deal with your feeling? The problem actually doesn't go to the mistake itself but the feeling after the mistake instead, since it is inevitable. Feeling is created by the way we give a meaning to it.
 Well, to err is human, to forgive is divine. Again, mistakes are just inevitable. Just keep going, fix the mistakes, and try hard not to do it again ;)
